Together we present a family of fully automated ultrasonic inspection systems using synchronized robotic manipulators. Fibre composite components combine a significant higher level of rigidity with lower weight than metal lightweight components. Additionally they have soft damping characteristics. These properties suit perfectly for applications in robotic systems, because they ensure higher accuracy and even significant shorter cycle times. Indispensible requirement for the successful application is the appropriate design for the material and the strict compliance with predefined parameters during the process of manufacturing.

Our partner Avantgarde Technology is a specialist for the manufacturing process  of fiber composite components, sandwich structured components and CFC-components and includes mold design and construction as well as the production of small series or high volumes.
